Sweatt Shop Personal Training Services

A fun and motivating workout specifically designed for each client's needs and goals. Workouts can consist of weight training, cardio, plyometrics, and/or one of many unique methods that only Sweatt Shop Personal training offers. We welcome people with any needs or goals, young or old, from someone simply wanting to get in shape or be healthier, to someone recovering from an injury, to a professional athlete. Our trainers have extensive experience in all of these aspects. Every Sweatt Shop client will begin with a comprehensive consultation which includes a body composition analysis, a dietician approved nutrition program designed specifically for the individual, fitness assessment, and a needs/goals assessment. We will consistently measure clients' progress throughout the course of the package.
