Peanut Butter - Mocha Pudding

2 scoops of your favorite flavor Ultra Size, 1 tsp Natural Peanut Butter, approximately 1/4 cup of fresh hot coffee, 2 TBS Cool Whip. Mix first three ingredients together in a small bowl, or to make it more fun, use a coffee cup. You will need to adjust the amount of coffee depending on the consistency you desire. Top with Cool Whip as you eat. WOW!

Ultra Size Crepes

Mix in a blender 3 scoops Ultra Size, 1-2 whole eggs, 5 egg whites, (1 TBSP cream optional), 8 oz water (vary water to the consistency you want). Preheat in a non-stick skillet to medium heat. Pour the mixture into your skillet and cook as you would thin pancakes - one crepe at a time. Serve as is, or with no-sugar  preserves on no-sugar  syrup. Makes 4-6 crepes. (Approximately 75 grams protein, 15 grams carbohydrate, 15 grams fat) Note: You can refrigerate unused portion or store in a cooler and eat as a snack anytime.

(1 scoop chocolate Muscle Provider Start with 1/8 cup water,(add more for moister brownies) (Microwave 20sec; Or in 325 degree oven for 6-8 minutes (You can add 1/4c oatmeal/ground oatmeal, peanut butter, splenda, cinnamon, etc.

Mock Pumpkin Pudding (Made with Sweet Potatoes)

400 g. cooked and mashed sweet potato
100 g. egg whites (1/4 cup boiling water (1 (one) 1/4 oz. pkg. of nonflavored gelatin (1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (NO SUGAR added) (1 tbsp. CapTri Pour water in blender and turn on low. Add gelatin, egg whites, sweet potato, CapTri and pumpkin spice. Blend until mixture has a smooth consistency. Pour into sherbert or dessert glasses and chill until pudding is firm. Top with Whipped Cream (recipe on page 96 of the CapTri Cookbook.) Makes 4 servings.

Turkey Loaf

(300 g. ground turkey (see Notes) (1 cup water (50 g. rolled oats (100 g. tomato paste (50 g. tomato paste (2 tbsp.) (2 tsp. Mrs. Dash (100 g. egg whites (3 tbsp.
